 Engineering Development Reports typically which defines the civil engineering requirements of a proposed development with respect to earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation, water reticulation, access roads, roadworks and car parks. These reports incorporate code compliance reports which address Council specific criteria used by Council to assess your development.

Stormwater management includes investigation both quality and quantity management and to demonstrate  best practice and non-worsening to regulatory authority requirements.  

They can identify a range of stormwater management strategies and actions to mitigate water quality and environmental issues.

We can assist you with the preparation of the civil works design drawings in the following areas; erosion and sedimentation control; stormwater management; earthworks, site works, carparks; road works; water and sewer reticulation; and traffic management. 

This includes the preparation, certification and lodgement of operational works applications.

The construction phase has its own challenges.  We can assist you with ; construction cost estimates; tender documentation and  evaluation; contract preparation,  Contract Administrator and project finalisation.

Need independent RPEQ certification for your development?   Contrive Engineers are able to co-ordinate with the contractor to address construction queries, audit the works during construction, prepare as-constructed drawings at completion, provide regulatory authority RPEQ Completion Certification and coordinate on and off-maintenance.
